Founded in 1994, Arq. Bencosme & Associates was established with a clear conviction: architecture and construction must respond to time, place, and the people who inhabit them. From its inception, the firm has been guided by a rigorous approach in which thoughtful design and responsible execution are not added values, but fundamental principles.
 

Over the years, Bencosme has gone beyond designing buildings to actively contributing to the urban and residential development of the Dominican Republic, consolidating its position as one of the leading developers in Cabarete and Moca. Through residential, tourism, and commercial projects, the firm has played a key role in shaping these areas, always guided by a vision of order, functionality, and permanence.

As the practice continued to grow, a natural need emerged: to integrate the entire process under a single vision. From this evolution, an ecosystem of specialized companies was formed, now known as the Bencosme Group, enabling each project to be addressed from architectural conception through execution, development, investment, and commercialization.

Real estate development and promotion are carried out through BGQ – Bencosme · Guzmán · Quezada Promotores Unidos, SRL and ARC MEL Inmobiliaria, both focused on structuring solid, well-planned projects.
